Please read them carefully before availing of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our website or services.
Service Scope
Clean Aquatics provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to water tank cleaning, home cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and office cleaning. The scope, duration, and nature of services will be clearly discussed and confirmed with the customer before the booking is finalized. Each service may have its own procedures, requirements, and limitations, depending on the type of property and cleaning required.
Booking and Scheduling
Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the website contact form. Once a booking is received, our team will confirm the appointment date and time based on availability. Clean Aquatics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, technical issues, or staff availability. Any changes will be communicated to the customer promptly.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted based on the service type, area size, and work scope. Estimates provided during inquiry are approximate and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods as agreed at the time of booking. Clean Aquatics reserves the right to revise prices at any time. Full payment must be completed before or immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide safe access to the cleaning area, ensure the availability of electricity and water where required, and remove any valuable or fragile items from the cleaning zone before the service begins. For water tank cleaning, tanks should be emptied as instructed prior to our team’s arrival unless dewatering is included in the service package. Clean Aquatics is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing structural defects, poor maintenance, or unsafe site conditions.
Service Execution and Quality Assurance
Clean Aquatics follows a standardized, mechanized, and hygienic cleaning process. Our staff are trained to handle equipment and cleaning agents safely and professionally. After service completion, customers are encouraged to inspect the work and report any concerns immediately. If any part of the service is found unsatisfactory, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue promptly. However, claims made after 24 hours of service completion may not be considered valid.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a customer wishes to cancel or reschedule a booking, they must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before service may attract a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment. In cases where a service has already been initiated or completed, no refund will be applicable.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy
Clean Aquatics strictly adheres to safety and hygiene standards. All cleaning agents and disinfectants used are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and approved for safe use. Our team follows proper protective measures and ensures minimal environmental impact during operations. Customers are advised to keep children and pets away from cleaning areas until the work is completed and surfaces are dry.
Limitation of Liability
While every precaution is taken to deliver high-quality service, Clean Aquatics will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damages due to pre-existing wear and tear, defective plumbing, electrical systems, or unsafe structural conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Clean Aquatics. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to our use of your data as described in that policy.
Force Majeure
Clean Aquatics shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
